Northwood Montessori provides children between the ages of 2 ½ and 6 ½ with a safe, stable environment which enables them to develop self-confidence, inner discipline, and a love of learning. At Northwood, each child progresses through an individualized curriculum which includes reading, math, botany, geography, art, music, and movement. Our proven teaching methods and exceptional. Established in 1975, Northwood Montessori School is the oldest Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) accredited school in the FM 1960 area. Northwood is also one of three fully accredited AMI schools in the greater Houston area. Northwood offers full day and half day educational programs as well as before and after school care from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
